Groundbreaking was held on June 22 for the highly anticipated EastVillage, a master-planned mixed-use urban center spanning more than 400 acres. Located in the heart of Austin's northeast tech corridor the development will feature a unique combination of urban living, retail, modern workplaces, hospitality, dining, entertainment, wellness, and recreation creating a live-work-play-stay experience.
LEVY is proud to be part of the EastVillage development team and is working on several distinct phases of the approximately 250,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, grocery, and movie theater space. We look forward to helping this transformative development come to life!
Bronco Off-Roadeo at Grey Wolf Ranch
Looking for a thrilling adventure? The new Bronco Off-Roadeo at Grey Wolf Ranch in Horseshoe Bay, TX offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience! This off-roading, outdoor adventure features two private courses where customers can test the limits of the new Ford Bronco on the rolling hills of central Texas.
The site includes a 10,560 square foot exhibition pavilion designed by LEVY. A It will feature a covered wraparound porch, a commissary kitchen, teaching area, and Ford Bronco merchandise. Additional buildings include a ranch house converted into additional office space for Ford, several agricultural barns transformed into event pavilions and vehicular storage, a mechanics barn, wash barn, and a private office.
Z’ Tejas
LEVY continues our strong partnership with homegrown, Central Texas brands with the opening of the new Z'Tejas at Avery Ranch. The new restaurant, opening in October, will offer their iconic Southwestern cuisine in a fresh and modern space designed by the LEVY team. The new restaurant design features accents of sophistication meets playful, including rope lighting, textured millwork walls, live edge wood finishes, and space-defining breezeway blocks. In addition to a spacious indoor dining area, the new Z'Tejas location has a private wine room featuring a Tequila display wall and a renovated covered outdoor dining area, making it the perfect spot for any occasion.
Community Connections
An integral part of the Texas Contemporary experience is our connection to the community. Our firm plays an active role in where we work, live and play. Every LEVY team member is required to dedicate several hours per month to volunteer with organizations in the community.
LEVY principal, Jill Pierce, and her son, Evan Lung, were accepted into the Hills of Westlake Chapter of Young Men’s Service League (YMSL), a non-profit volunteer organization. Since their start with YMSL, Jill and her son have been hard at work giving back to organizations across Austin.
Our team is also committed to keeping Austin beautiful! Recently, Jill was appointed as the liaison between her YSML chapter and the non-profit organization, Keep Austin Beautiful. As the liaison, Jill will lead the chapter in their volunteer efforts with the organization whose mission is to inspire and educate Austin residents to volunteer together, beautify green spaces, clean waterways, and reduce waste.
