A Successful Partnership with KPG Commercial

LEVY is proud of our strong partnership with KPG Commercial, an Austin-based real estate development firm. Together, our teams are currently collaborating on many exciting projects, including The Grove Medtail and Goodnight Ranch (both pictured above), to name a few.
Our phenomenal Project Designer, Matthew Long, is at the heart of this partnership, working side by side with members of both teams, leading the projects from the feasibility phase through the close-out phase of construction. Matthew credits the trust and responsiveness of the KPG team with the success of these projects. “KPG makes our collaboration smooth and efficient. They are open to using mixed materials in their projects, and they trust us in the design process. When questions arise during the duration of the project, they are quick to respond in a supportive and constructive manner.”
We look forward to continuing our great work and partnership with KPG Commercial and extend a big thank you to Matthew and the entire KPG team for their successful collaborative work.
Colton House Hotel
Located in the heart of the vibrant South Congress corridor, Colton House Hotel is re-imagining the Austin hotel experience. The 3-story boutique hotel, designed by the LEVY team, features 80 suites with residential amenities combined with hotel luxury featuring a lounge, private library, fitness center, coffee bar, event space, swimming pool, outdoor patio, and a rooftop terrace. With a stunning view of the downtown Austin skyline, Colton House provides a unique environment for families, business travelers, and those solo explorers seeking an unforgettable Austin experience.
Our LEVY Team is Growing
Jojit Diaz, NCARB, Project Designer
The LEVY team is excited to introduce our new team member, Jojit Diaz, NCARB, an experienced Project Designer and graduate of California College of the Arts in San Francisco, California. Jojit has a wide range of experience in project design, working on projects across different industry sectors including education, residential, mixed-use, and commercial. His vast experience and passion for creating beautiful designs and images in the visualization field make him an excellent addition to our LEVY team. We look forward to showcasing Jojit's work in the months ahead!
Torre
Our Interior Design team has been hard at work, leading several significant projects, including multiple multi-family, restaurant, and office projects, with more new developments soon to be announced.
Torre (pictured above) is a new Student Housing community at the University of Texas West Campus. Scheduled for completion this summer, it exemplifies the extraordinary creativity of our Interiors team. Torre's interior design inspired the project's name, influencing every aspect of the project design, creating an inspiring brand experience.
Community Connections
An integral part of the Texas Contemporary experience is our connection to the community. Our firm plays an active role in where we work, live and play. Every team member is required to dedicate several hours of their time to community services monthly.
This month's community feature is Mobile Loaves and Fishes, an Austin-based social outreach ministry dedicated to supporting the city's homeless. The organization works daily to hand out meals and clothing to those in need and also provides affordable, permanent housing through their 51-acre development, Community First! Village.
LEVY has had the opportunity to work with Mobile Loaves and Fishes on a number of occasions, including helping with the development of Unity Hall in the Community First! Village development (pictured above). Our team donated our time and expertise in architecture and interiors to create the 3,200 square ft. building used for community gatherings and celebrations.
We are honored to get to work alongside such an amazing organization and look forwarded to continuing to support their important work in the community!

That describes the spirited, driven culture at LEVY Design.
How many places and spaces can you think of where you feel the sensibility of a timeless experience or vibe that creates a natural comfort and inspiration? Oftentimes these places and spaces have been around for a long time. Many generations. Whether it is contemporary, smooth lines, light, color, simplicity, or complex traditional architecture, the art of timeless design is not only enjoyable and engaging, it is also valued.
LEVY Design is committed to delivering big picture thinking and detailed craftsmanship in delivering a timeless design that feels fresh and inspiring, yet refined and respectful. It is a tall order, but one that makes our work and our culture satisfying. That satisfaction extends beyond our design work and into the community, we call home.
Each of our team members is required to dedicate several hours per month participating in community service. We are honored to work with a variety of organizations in and around Austin that share our passion for fostering our community and are committed to working together to enhance the city that inspires us.
