The Garden at The Summit
We're bringing a piece of the East Coast to Texas at The Garden in Georgetown. Inspired by the pubs and public gardens in Boston's North End (Little Italy), our Interiors team has been hard at work creating a unique Boston-Italian aesthetic at the new restaurant opening later this year. The Garden features a bookended outdoor patio space, a dual-height cafe-style dining space with a full bar, and a wine display feature wall. Utilizing brick accents, vintage elements, and greenery throughout, our team is creating a truly one-of-a-kind experience for patrons.
Cork and Barrel
The LEVY team had the pleasure of working on the development of Cork and Barrel, a design-build project in collaboration with Emerald Meadows Construction and Cork and Barrel. Traditional Irish building methods greatly influenced the restaurant and microbrewery's design. Our team utilized the study of traditional Irish architecture, material vocabulary, forms, and proportions to create an authentic Irish aesthetic with contemporary features.
Community Connections
The Value of Community is one that should not be taken for granted.
Austin, TX was recently ranked by U.S. News & World Report as the "#1 Best Place to Live in Texas" and in the "Top 10 Best Places to Live" in the U.S. for 2021-2022. It is wonderful to receive these accolades and receive the recognition, it also reminds us to give back to our community. For our LEVY Team, this also means supporting the needs of our entire community. Those who face challenges on a daily basis be it with housing, healthcare, education, and other areas. As we enter the second half of 2021, we continue to identify the areas of need and where we can make an impact -- that is our commitment to Austin and the Central Texas region.
Yes, Austin is a shining star, but what will also make us shine greater is how we demonstrate what Austin is really known for -- corporate social responsibility. A message from our President, Stephen V. Levy
There's nothing like waking up one morning with a flash of brilliance of tackling the world of opportunity around you. You know the feeling. "Today I am going to conquer the world with everything I have to offer." Such is the current sensibility I am feeling all around me in this post-pandemic period. "The cup is half full," with my staff, clients and industry colleagues.
It really is time to look at the bright things ahead of us and that is exactly what is happening at LEVY. Just like our extraordinary Interiors led by Jill Pierce, LEVY is on the move.
