Austin/Corpus Christi — Two architectural firms–one based in Austin and the other in Corpus Christi–have expanded by joining forces and moving into new quarters.

Stephen V. Levy of Levy Architects in Austin and the team of Bibiana B. Dykema and John R. Dykema of Dykema Architects have come together to create LEVY DYKEMA.

“The LEVY DYKEMA expansion benefits everyone–our clients, our staff and the real estate industry as a whole,” Levy said in a prepared statement.

“The opportunity that this expansion affords us is based on our shared values, a commitment to excellence, and the extraordinary value for our clients and our communities in the larger expanded firm,” John R. Dykema Jr. said.

“The expanded LEVY DYKEMA team will provide design and architecture innovation to meet the needs of our diverse and growing client base,” said Bibiana B. Dykema.

The LEVY DYKEMA signature Texas Contemporary™ brand of architecture is visible across the transformative Central Texas Corridor, Coastal Bend Region, and other areas across the United States. The firm’s diverse portfolio of clients includes office, retail, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, restaurant residential and student housing.

LEVY DYKEMA Austin will be moving into the heart of downtown, along the robust business area of Congress Avenue into one of Austin’s most historic commercial buildings–the Sampson Building, constructed in 1859, is located at 620 Congress Ave.

Located on the corner of Congress and 7th, LEVY DYKEMA will blend the old with the new in creating an inspiring space for architecture and interiors innovation. Look for an invitation to our Austin Open House event coming soon.

LEVY DYKEMA Corpus Christi is taking its breathtaking view of the Bay, a few blocks over in one of the most architecturally unique buildings in the Southwest. The art-deco style office building at 807 N. Upper Broadway once served as the corporate headquarters of H-E-B Grocery Company.

Known as The Chamberlain Building, LEVY DYKEMA was responsible for the design and details of the renovated building that is now a contemporary, inspiring space, set to open its doors in the coming weeks. Look for an invitation to our Corpus Christi Open House event coming soon.
