Another major development proposed for East Austin

This mixed-use development from Trammell Crow Company and High Street Residential will bring more apartments and offices to East Austin. The office building in the foreground is at the corner of East Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard and Alexander Avenue.

The plan is to fit hundreds of apartments plus a four-story office building on a site right next to the MLK rail station. There will also be retail space to yield a mixed-use hub in the middle of rapidly changing East Austin. Click through for more details on the companies involved.
