Uplands Corporate Center is a Class-A office campus in southwest Austin, designed to integrate seamlessly with the Texas Hill Country. The 167,369 square-foot campus offers extraordinary views, outdoor collaboration areas, Wi-Fi-enabled lounges, food trucks, gardens, and trails—all just minutes from downtown and the airport.

Our team was challenged to design a space that maximized leasable area on a site that had numerous limitations, including zoning restrictions and environmental impact requirements. The building reimagines the suburban office for a post-pandemic world with spaces that emphasize health, well-being, and collaboration. Floor-to-ceiling windows, terraces, and outdoor amenities connect employees with nature, while advanced sustainability measures prioritize air quality, light, and energy efficiency. 

The result is Austin’s first office building to achieve WELL Silver, LEED, and RESET Air certifications—a sustainable environment where employees thrive and the client sees strong returns through rapid leasing and long-term tenant satisfaction.
