The Merle on Howard

Located just outside Austin, The Merle is a 444-unit apartment complex focused on comfortable living and amazing amenities. The client’s goal was to bring funky Austin vibes to the suburbs. The design is based on combining natural materials, thoughtful detailing, and furniture that you want to sit in to create an authentic, lived in atmosphere. Texas-inspired artwork and oversized graphics give the space a little edge.

The golf simulator, resort-style pool, gym, jogging trails, and pickle ball courts are added appeal for residents who crave an active lifestyle. LEVY DYKEMA styled the golf lounge, pool, and gym to be welcoming, functional, and fun.
