A ranch home designed for a family returning to their original South Texas roots. The ranch is designed in the Cape Dutch vernacular which was the influence for the nearby ancestral home built in 1915. The home has vistas looking across the extensive landscape. The hot tub in the courtyard is a reflection of the original water tanks that dot the ranch.
