Located in the heart of the Texas A&M campus, our team, led by EEA Consulting Engineers, designed an addition to the existing SUP3 in order to increase its thermal capacity. During the design phase, the design team coordinated with the university to ensure that the project conformed with the recent campus master plan for design and materials, producing renderings for review by the University and Board of Regents. During the design phase, LEVY DYKEMA worked closely with the University, brick manufacturer, and mason to match the original building's intricate brick details.
