Administration Building Renovation

The Advancement and External Relations office renovation project created new offices at the Administration Building for Institutional Advancement, External Relations and the TSU Foundation. The project also includes the refurbishment of the building’s first floor and second floor lobby.

The project improves the function of these groups by providing a dedicated, organized space to facilitate their workflow. This renovation provides a modern, welcoming and centrally located space for these groups to receive donors and supporters of the university. The relocation of these groups to the ground floor of the Administration Building provided a unique opportunity to modernize the lobby of the Administration Building for current and future fundraising events and celebration events, many of which are conducted by Advancement, External Relation and the TSU Foundation.

A total of 7,163 square feet was renovated for the Advancement, External Relations and TSU Foundation offices. The central lobby of the building is 2,500 square feet and received new interior finishes and a new central stair as part of the renovation.
