LEVY DYKEMA SPOTLIGHT - August 2025
Smart Design for Back to School
As students head back to campus, we are reminded of the impact that functional, innovative design can have on the college experience. From quiet study spaces to lively hangouts with friends, LEVY DYKEMA’s student housing projects are designed to support the whole student, providing a home away from home where they can pursue their passions, and build a bright future.
Future of Student Living at The University of Texas
Progress continues on the University of Texas’ Whitis Court student housing project. Scheduled to open in 2027, this redevelopment will bring 800 new beds at the site of the original 1953 residence hall on Whitis Avenue. We look forward to seeing this project come to life just a few blocks from another LEVY DYKEMA project—University of Texas’ East Campus Graduate Apartments.
As the summer comes to a close, we want to thank our summer interns—Camryn Cruzan, Aiden Garcia, Isaac Perez Jr., and Briggs Whatley—for their hard work and enthusiasm. They immersed themselves in the day-to-day work of our Austin and Corpus Christi teams, sitting in on meetings, and gaining hands-on experience. We wish them all the very best as they continue their academic journeys this fall. Thank you for spending your summer with LEVY DYKEMA!
