San Marcos Research and Innovation Center

San Marcos, Texas

Blocks from Texas State University, this state-of-the-art research center combines flexible lab space with modern amenities to create a welcoming, employee-friendly office environment for companies driving growth on Texas’ Innovation Corridor. Dramatic grade changes made siting the building a challenge, but ultimately provided opportunities to screen the parking garage from the main building and create a pedestrian walkway that engages the building and provides sheltered outdoor space.
