Seashore Learning Center

LEVY DYKEMA completed two different projects for Seashore Learning Center - a 4,500 sf cafeteria, called the Coral Reef Building, and an 1,800 sf performance arts center (PAC). Both projects entailed the demolition of an existing structure and the design of new programmatic space to replace them.

The Coral Reef Building serves as the signpost for the Seashore campus; its welcoming facade is easily seen from the street. The cafeteria provides a mini-kitchen with microwaves and warming stations to serve all the students. The building also houses the staff break room and a multi-purpose room. The PAC is a central gathering place for students who use it for a variety of activities throughout their day.
