Richardson Performance Hall

Originally built in 1951, Richardson Performance Hall is a 1,700 seat auditorium hosting theatrical performances and concerts for Del Mar College and the Corpus Christi Community. LEVY DYKEMA provided architectural and interior design services for a 17,000 sf renovation consisting of the replacement of doors and windows, stage flooring, accessibility ramps, additional lighting, window treatments, painting and site improvements.
