Prosperity Bank

Nestled into a cliff overlooking the surrounding neighborhood, this Prosperity Bank branch utilizes Central Texas materials throughout the design. The exterior of the building is comprised of exposed wood soffits, a sawn limestone veneer, metal panels, and stucco veneer while sawn limestone walls, limestone floors, exposed wood deck, and glass walls adorn the interior. The large, glass, double-height lobby both draws customers in and creates a comfortable work environment. Large windows throughout the building bring in natural light, bringing a sense of openness and trust that is critical to a bank’s success. This building is rated by the Austin Green Building Program.
