LEVY DYKEMA is looking for a Project Manager to join our Austin office. We’re looking for someone who is dedicated to delivering quality projects on time and budget; someone who is looking for the opportunity to lead and mentor. We work on everything from high-end residential to retail and restaurants to civic projects like city halls and public parks, so we’re also looking for someone who is excited to both learn new things and apply their existing knowledge in different ways.

In this role, you will be exposed to a variety of tasks, including:

• Leading client interactions

•  Vetting fees and scope, and building project schedules

• Overseeing the documentation of a project, prioritizing and assigning tasks

•  Leading the project team as they develop design components and details and coordinate with consultants

• Resolving design and technical issues

• Participating in business development efforts on interview teams and on proposal responses

LEVY DYKEMA is looking for people who:

• Have a professional degree in Architecture; licensure preferred

• Have 8+ years of relevant architecture experience with a strong technical background

• Have experience providing direction to teams of 1-2 junior architects

• Develop lasting relationships with their team, their clients, and their stakeholders

• Are creative, analytical problem solvers

• Love teaching

• Are excellent in Revit (Sketchup and Lumion, Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe CS are all big pluses)

• Have a deep understanding of code analysis, building systems, and how to tell a design’s story through the contract documents
