Labonte Park

Corpus Christi, Texas

Labonte Park is an urban park adjacent to I-69 on the northern edge of Corpus Christi. The park acts a gateway, welcoming people to the city. A popular destination for residents, the park is used for camping, boating and fishing. The new master plan enlarges the park, enhances the existing amenities and adds multiple new features including improved access to the river, enhanced camping facilities, hike and bike trails and play equipment. The project also preserves historic architectural features throughout the park.

The focus on improving everyday use makes this park more than a holiday getaway and turns it into a regular destination for the people of Corpus Christi.
