Overlooking the Corpus Christi Bay, the Hilliard Law Center Lounge reimagines a former outdoor terrace as a dynamic hospitality destination for arena suite holders. This exclusive, one-of-a-kind space blends luxury with local character, offering sweeping ocean views, multiple lounge areas, and two custom bars designed for seamless service on event days.

Inspired by Texas traditions, the design channels a modern western spirit—warm, textured, and rooted in heritage, yet refined with a contemporary edge. From the handcrafted copper bar to the fully custom furniture, every detail was designed to exude exclusivity. The lounge also features artwork curated specifically to showcase the arena’s history and the city of Corpus Christi, connecting the space to its cultural and coastal context.

The arena has large service doors that a regularly left open as events are moved in and out of the venue. This meant that every finish had to be both luxurious and durable, able to withstand exposure to the coastal salt air. By selecting durable, marine-grade vinyls, wood species that can withstand extreme UV exposure, and other building materials appropriate for high-humidity environments, we achieved an elevated aesthetic that is not visually hindered by the environment.

The result is a sophisticated suite holder amenity that will generate additional income for the City of Corpus for decades to come.
