Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Designer or Architecture

  • 5 years minimum professional design experience

  • Excellence in REVIT and Sketchup with strong graphics and visualization skills

  • Strong knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications

  • Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas

Software Experience

  • REVIT

  • Sketchup

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe InDesign

Interior Project Manager

Mid-Level

Roles include planning project timelines/schedules, manage budgets, manage client interaction and expectations, research the client and context to interpret programmatic information, work with Architectural team, review design packages, and interface with Director of Interiors and Director of Architecture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture

  • 8 years minimum experience

  • Excellence in REVIT and Sketchup

  • Strong knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications

  • Strong experience managing teams

Software Experience

  • REVIT

  • Sketchup

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Microsoft Excel

Bookkeeper

 

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented

  • Strong organization skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ensure confidentiality

  • Ability to complete projects within the timeframes and deadlines established
